Client's Needs
Communication is the key to success. Therefore we begin works with a conversation with a Client during which we ask questions necessary to understand needs to which a software is to correspond. Then, we determine an overall outline of the system and suggest technical solutions specifying the effects on project costs and dates. During a conversation with a Client, we set priorities, scope and technologies best implementing the system requirements.

Team
Effective IT projects are people – their knowledge, passion, commitment. After requirements and technical solutions have been determined, we assign dedicated specialists to work. We create teams of professionals contributing to a project many years of experience and high technological competencies. We do not employ casual people, we have proven it many times getting out of trouble projects which other companies failed to build.

Project
Project is foundation of a reliable and functional application. We interview people who will be using the end product. We determine priority functionalities. We design detailed architecture and models of data. Before each iteration, we plan with subsequent operations with a Client. We are gradually extending the project to include prototypes and details of subsequent functionalities. We chooseproven design and technological patterns the effect of which is a flexible system, open to the development of functionalities and increase in the number of users.

Sprints
Time is money, therefore our goal is to deliver an operating product with a set of basic functions in the possibly shortest time. The result of each sprint is adding to the system subsequent, planned with a Client functionalities when at the same time maintaining operation and the level of quality of the entire product. We on a current basis explain doubts and introduce changes suggested by a Client. It is, owing to this approach, possible to begin using a system being built and get feedback from users long before the completion of the entire assumed functionality.

Quality
Client's satisfaction with a finished product is the most important test. We test a code on a regular basis during sprints. We verify not only functionality, but also efficiency, ergonomics and usability of an application. We suggest extensions consistent with the latest trends so that the product is always a step ahead of competitors. After each iteration, we present to the Client new functions to be certain that the requirements are completed in accordance with their needs. We are sure of the quality of our work, therefore, we give guarantees of reliability of our products.
